The label was founded in 2019 by Michael Cormier (Friendship, Hour) with Frank Meadows (Bellows, Fust, Colamo) and Jon Samuels (2nd Grade, Yowler, Friendship, JR Samuels). According to the label, Dear Life “seeks to release a wide range of music and audio-based projects by artists interested in exploring the tiniest crevices of the human experience.” [1][2]
