History[edit]
Deepblocks was founded in the Summer of 2016 as part of the Singularity Global Solutions Program [2]. Olivia Ramos, the founder of Deepblocks, partnered with Bernard Leon to create an AI software that could simplify real estate processes [2].
Ramos moved the company to Miami in 2017 [3]. This same year Deepblocks launched its alpha with just 3-D and financial model capabilities [2].
The company has since expanded and now offers several subscription options with varying capabilities on its website [4].
Products[edit]
Deepblocks offers three subscription options depending on what capabilities the user wishes to purchase [4].
The company offers digital tools with AI capabilities that assist real estate developers and investors in picking sites for potential projects [3]. These tools include information on "migration and market trends, local infrastructure, and zoning regulations" [5]. They also assist with building construction timelines [5].
Deepblocks uses "data and deep learning" to let users find sites matching their specific criteria, insert building parameters, build 3D models of potential projects, and see an analysis that includes a projected return on investment for the project [6].
