Deepesh Bhan (1981-2022) was an Indian television actor known for his role as Malkhan in the popular Hindi TV serial Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai! (2015).
Early Life[edit]
Bhan was born on Monday, 11 May 1981 in Delhi. He completed his graduation and later did an acting course at the National School of Drama, Delhi.
Career[edit]
Bhan started his career as a theatre artist and worked in various theatre groups like Amitabh Das Gupta theatre group. In 2007, he played a supporting role in the Hindi film Faltu Utpatang Chutpati Kahani. He appeared in a few Hindi TV series like Sun Yaar Chill Maar (2007), Comedy Ka King Kaun (2016), and Bhootwala Serial (2017). Some of his popular Hindi TV serials are F.I.R. (2006), Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai! (2015), and May I Come In Madam? (2016). He also featured in a few TV commercials of various brands like Samsung mobile alongside Aamir Khan and Toshiba with Sachin Tendulkar.
Personal Life[edit]
On 26 January 2019, Bhan got engaged to a girl from Delhi and on 17 April of the same year, the couple got married. They were blessed with a baby boy named Meet Bhan on 14 January 2021.
Death[edit]
On 22 July 2022, Bhan collapsed while playing cricket in his locality in Mumbai and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead. Later, one of his co-actors Shubhangi Atre confirmed that Bhan had died of a brain hemorrhage.
