Deepesh Shrestha is a Radio Jockey, Video Jockey, Music Video Director, Master of Ceremonies (MC), Event Producer and a Television Host from Nepal. He has been associated with Nepali Entertainment Industry for over 24 years.
Early life[edit]
Deepesh was born in November 1977, Kathmandu, Nepal. He pursued his education from Tribhuvan University and Australian Film, Television and Radio School. He has been working in the Nepal Entertainment Industry since 1996.

Deepesh started his career as an Radio Jockey in Hits FM and gradually rose to becoming the program director. He also directed many notable music videos and TV advertisements. He has hosted award functions including Hits FM Music Awards.[1]and Miss Nepal. He now runs an online show known as TheDeepeshShow.
Rise to prominence[edit]
- He has done movie/animation dubbings in Nepal.
- He was the head of nepalnews.com which is one of the first news portals of Nepal in 2001.
- He started fursad.com in 2006 which was a Nepali entertainment portal, which included Radio Jhatka, Nepal's first online radio.[2]
- He worked in an Event Management Company in Australia.
- He started Manoranjan International in Australia, organizing concerts and events in Australia. He has coordinated events for 1974AD (2008), Sugam Pokharel and Nabin K Bhattarai (2010)[3], and NRNA.
- He also stared Radio Jhatka from Australia on 2010 with Manoranjan International.
- He studied Filmmaking from Australian Film, Television and Radio School.
- He hosted a television show in Nepal 1 called Love Line with Malvika Subba.

Deepesh started his career from Hits FM and worked there from 1996 - 2005. He rose to the designation of Program Director hosting many acclaimed shows. He also designed and publised newsletters with the name XS Magazine[4]
