Deewan Enclave
INTRODUCTION
It is a big hamlet located near the village of Tila Shahbazpur, Loni, Ghaziabad. It is about 22 kms away from New Delhi and 1.5 kms away from Tila Shahbazpur. It has more than 200 houses and is surrounded by fields. The owner of this hamlet is Mr. Pramod Jain. It has a population of almost 900 people.
HISTORY
It began developing as a small settlement in the 2010s. Earlier, it had a lot of greenery, and as of 2025, it is a big hamlet with 200 or more houses.
GEOGRAPHY
In the earlier years, it had a rich flora and fauna. Fields were surrounded by all sides. It is situated on the banks of the Eastern Yamuna Canal to the north. Peacocks, mongooses, and parrots were spotted easily, but they are now rare. It has high levels of light pollution as compared to other regions.
Loss of Biodiversity
Due to growing urbanization, there is a loss of fields, deforestation, and light pollution. High light pollution has reduced the visibility of stars to 50.
FACILITIES
It has scarce facilities, with Sohan Palash School as an elementary school. It has a small clinic known as Krishna Medicoz. It has also has a temple and a few shops.
