Defence, Lahore
The Defence Housing Authority, Lahore is a residential neighbourhood located in Lahore Cantonment. The DHA Lahore is one of multiple DHAs administered by the Pakistan Army. Primarily constructed for the housing of serving and retired officers and staff of Pakistan Armed Forces, today, DHA Lahore is mostly inhabited by civilians. Though the officers and staff of Pakistan Armed Forces still occupy a considerable portion of the total plots. Besides serving military personnel, the families of martyrs under different Shuhda Package, and other staff members of Armed Forces also get plots for their service benefit over the course of 10 to 20 years of installment payments.
