Delta H Con is a woman-owned annual anime and gaming convention located in Houston, Texas. Founded in 2008, Delta H Con takes place every summer at the Houston Westchase Marriott hotel..[1]

Features and programming[edit]
The convention's programming includes an artist alley, dealer's hall, Itashi car show, celebrity guest autographs, idol performances, concerts, panels, video game tournaments, game rooms and a maid cafe. [2][3]
History[edit]
Delta H Con was founded in 2008 by a group of hobby gaming enthusiasts and anime aficionados in the southern United States.[1] The 2008–2011 conventions took place at the University Center on the campus of the University of Houston,[4][5][6][7]before moving to the Crowne Plaza Houston Northwest Brookhollow in 2012[8]
Delta H Con partnered with another Houston convention in 2012 to bring Japanese indie pop artist The Lady Spade to Houston's Asian/Pacific American Heritage Association Festival on Discovery Green.[9]
The convention moved again in 2014 to the J.W. Marriott adjacent to the Houston Galleria[10] before finally settling into their current location in 2015.[11]
