demajors is an independent record label from Indonesia. The company was founded in 2001 in Jakarta by David Kartolo, Adhi Djimar and Maheswara. Unlike most major record companies, demajors is fully committed to spreading independent music and is closer to a number of independent music communities to its mass listeners.[1]

Not limited to distributing albums, demajors founded [at]demajors, which is a creative center that includes a shop, venues, and a recording studio. demajors also has an online radio channel, demajors Radio, which started broadcasting in February 14, 2011, by a music and radio lover, Galih Radityo, who submitted the initial idea and concept of playing songs distributed by the demajors Independent Music Industry label.
