Democracy Action Network
Democracy Action Network (DAN) is an American political advocacy organization founded by David Comfort in 2025. The organization focuses on protecting democratic institutions, constitutional governance, and civil rights through nonviolent protest and coalition building.[1]

Activities
Protests and demonstrations
DAN has organized several protests, including a February 22, 2025 demonstration in West Hollywood against policies of the Trump administration and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).[1]
Coalition work
The organization works in coalition with other progressive groups including Indivisible and the 50501 Movement to organize demonstrations and advocacy campaigns.
