Deutivacaftor is a deuterated analogue of the cystic fibrosis drug ivacaftor. It is sold only as part of the combination product vanzacaftor/tezacaftor/deutivacaftor, sold under the brand name Alyftrek. It acts as a CFTR potentiator.[1]
