Founded in 1997, the company employs over 750 people with an annual revenue of INR 67.32 cr. [3] The company provides end-to-end information technology services including enterprise application development, infrastructure management services, licensing services, digital services, cloud computing services and e-governance solutions.
The company is recognized as Best SI Managed Service Provider by GESIA IT Association.[4]

Dev Information Technology Limited was established by Mr Pranav Pandya and Mr Jaimin Shah on December 23, 1997. The company was earlier registered as Dev Information Technology Private Limited and headquartered at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.[5]
Name change: The company changed its name from Dev Information Technology Private Limited to Dev Information Technology Limited when it became a public limited company on February 06, 2017 by getting listed on NSE Emerge [NSE: DEVIT].[6] The IPO was opened on March 31, 2017 and was oversubscribed 74 times.[7]
In 2010, Byte Technosys, an Infrastructure Management Service providing company was merged with DEV IT and expanded the service area to custom application development services. In 2011, a Network operations center (NOC) was established at the headquarters.[8]
In 2012, the subsidiary named Dev Info-Tech North America Limited was formed and expanded the geographical reach of DEV IT.[9]
