Devamala

Devamala, respectively spelled Devmala or Devamati and Devmati was the wife of Pushyamitra Sunga and the daughter of King Devakumara Raya Jadhav. She was the queen of Shunga dynasty and the mother of prince Agnimitra. She was kidnapped by Pushyamitra Sunga, when her father did not accept him as a son-in-law. History mentions her in few words.
