Devis Paganelli is an Italian diplomatic ambassador of the UPC Universal Peace Council[1] and of the Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity,[2][3] accredited to the United Nations, NATO, and the United States of America[4].

In 2011, he played an important role in helping bring the City Angels to Rimini to help the homeless[5]. In 2012, he encouraged his team to support the initiative to show his solidarity with the projects of Terre des Hommes, an association aimed at defending children's rights[6]

• In 2023 he was awarded the title of UPC Ambassador in Honorem[8]
