Devonshire is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States.[1] Devonshire is located south of Delaware Route 92 and west of Shipley Road.
Devonshire consists of roughly 140 homes. It is governed by the Devonshire Civic Association. The community is served by the Brandywine School District. Its proximity to the Concord Mall has caused problems for residents, who complain about trash and trespassers. A fence was erected to separate the mall from adjoining houses, a portion of which once collapsed on a resident's garden.[2]
