Louis Anthony Grandison Jr, better known as Dexta Daps, is a Jamaican contemporary_reggae singer.

Early life[edit]

Dexta Daps grew up in Seaview Garden, Jamaica. He dropped his debult official single Move Ur Body in 2006, followed by his second single Stupid after he gained an underground recognition with his song Crazy.[1] His debut album is Sing To Me.

In January 2015, the official music video for his single "7 Eleven" was released to YouTube. Since its posting till date, it has amassed more than 2.8 million views and also the same January 2015, the legendary dance_hall king Bounty Killer named him as one of the top artists to watch out for.[2] "I know it's a hard industry to get a break in the industry. But my versatility and lyrics set me apart from other artistes. I am a very determined youth who has been trying to add my name to the music since 2006 and it's been going good so far. The industry is hard because everyday you find someone new in the business," he told the Jamaica Observer.[3]
