Dhaker Abdesslem (Arabic: ذاكر عبدالسلام ; born November 22, 1999) is a Tunisian certified digital skills trainer, radio host, columnist, community manager, and web developer. Known for his commitment to youth empowerment and digital literacy, he actively bridges the gap between digital education, media, and civic engagement. He is also widely recognized for his leadership within the Junior Chamber International (JCI) network.
Early life and education
Dhaker Abdesslem was born in Sousse, Tunisia, and grew up with a strong connection to Ouardanine, in the Monastir Governorate.
He obtained his Baccalaureate in Computer Science at Lycée Ouardanine, which he attended from 2019 to 2020. He then pursued his higher education at IMSET between 2022 and 2024, where he earned a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS) in Multimedia & Web Development. His academic journey laid the technical foundations for his future career in training and digital strategy. To deepen his pedagogical skills, he completed and validated a Training of Trainers (ToT) program at Mediterranean Global Training in 2025.

As a certified digital skills trainer, he regularly designs, organizes, and facilitates capacity-building workshops aimed at equipping youth and professionals with modern technological skills.
