Dhruv Upmanyu is an Indian entrepreneur and filmmaker, and the founder of RajISG. His work spans content authenticity, artificial intelligence, filmmaking, civic jurisprudence, and internal safety, with a central focus on strengthening public trust in the age of synthetic media.
His company, RajISG LLC, is registered in Wyoming, United States, while its operational base is rooted in India, where Dhruv laid its foundation. The institution works to advance Information Integrity in the age of synthetic media. It builds public trust infrastructure and helps studios, institutions, publishers, creators, platforms, and public bodies implement Content Credentials, validate digital files, issue verifiable provenance records, and clearly disclose AI-generated or altered content.
Its live product is RPCA, RajISG Provenance and Content Authenticity. In July 2026, RPCA joined the C2PA Conforming Products List as a Conformant validator, becoming the first India origin listing and Asia’s first Conformant validator from outside the OEM lane. Under Dhruv’s leadership, RajISG LLC signed the European Commission’s Code of Practice on Transparency of AI Generated Content and AI Pact Pillar II under the display name RajISG LLC, Provenance and Content Authenticity. RajISG is also a General Community Participant in AI Pact Pillar I, a CAI Member listed on the CAI Marketplace, a DIF Contributor Member, and a C2PA Contributor. In 2026, Dhruv led RajISG’s stakeholder contributions concerning India’s Draft IT Rules and the European Commission’s Article 50 transparency consultation. His public awareness and institutional engagement included documented meetings with Maharashtra Cyber and the Office of the Commissioner of Police, Bengaluru City, attendance at Bengaluru’s AI Trust and Governance Conclave, and engagement with NFDC through WAVES Bazaar.
He also authored the field brief AI, Creativity and Verifiable Trust Across BRICS, based on the inaugural BRICS WAVES Bazaar in Mumbai under India’s BRICS Chairship 2026. RajISG LLC additionally received approved private sector registration for the inaugural UN Global Dialogue on AI Governance in Geneva. Dhruv was unable to attend because of travel logistics.
Dhruv’s AI cinematic work was selected for extended screening at the AI Immersive Theatre during the IndiaAI Impact Summit 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, as part of the AI Cinema Showcase.
Beyond content authenticity and AI systems, his work advances judicial and constitutional guidance, ethical media practices, internal safety, and public interest initiatives. He pursues this through sustained engagement with institutional and community pillars, including law enforcement bodies, administrative officers, legal professionals, educators, medical practitioners, ethical media professionals, and grassroots civic networks.
Through RajISG Research, Dhruv publishes research, institutional commentary, and field documentation. Through Gen AI Studios, he continues his work in artificial intelligence, cinema, and emerging forms of creative production.
