The Dhunna surname is associated with the Mair Rajput community[1][2], primarily found in North India, particularly in the states of Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan.[3] Over time, many members of the Mair Rajput community, including those with the Dhunna surname, have diversified into various other professions and industries, mostly working with gold.[4][5]
