Diddly Squat Farm Shop

Diddly Squat Farm Shop is a farm shop owned by Jeremy Clarkson in Cotswald, Gloucestershire.

The Farm Shop was the centrepiece of the Amazon Prime series, Clarkson's Farm where Clarkson tried to manage the farm himself after the local villager who ran his farm, "Harold" retired. It was renamed after he’d taken over and renamed it to "Diddly Squat Farm" from his judgement, "because that’s how much you make from farming."

Local Community

The Village has objected to the planning permission of the Diddly Squat Farm Shop due to the risks of changing the village, damaging the village shops and the uncertainty of Clarkson's next ideas as he had blown up his house for a segment of The Grand Tour, but the objections were overturned after the creation of a business plan from Clarkson and planning permission being granted.

Locals resent the Farm Shop as Clarkson’s farm has a mixed reputation with the community with the main problem being that the country roads being congested with tourists wanting to visit the shop.

Locals accuse Clarkson and his farm of stealing local business as he obtained an Alcohol Licence - driving business away from the previous pub in the village.
