Diego Aponte
Diego Aponte (Italian pronunciation: [dʒanluˈiːdʒi aˈponte]; is the President and current CEO of Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), the second-largest container shipping line in the world after Maersk. He is the son of Gianluigi Aponte and Rafaela Aponte.
Career[edit]
Diego Aponte joined MSC in 1997. He then joined MSC Headquarters in Geneva. He was Vice President from 2006 to 2014.[1]
In 2014, Diego Aponte succeeded his father, Gianluigi Aponte, as the CEO and President of MSC.[2]
