Digital Bridge is a holding company that invests in telecommunications infrastructure.[1]:6 It was founded in 2013 by Marc Ganzi and Ben Jenkins.[2] The holding company initially focused on cellular infrastructure, but later expanded to data centers, fiber networks, and other areas.[1]:6-7 As of 2017, Digital Bridge owns stakes in six companies, representing $6.8 billion in assets.[1]:12 In 2017, it bought data center company Vantage Data Centers Management for more than $1 billion.[3]
