Dimitrije Đorđević (Serbian Cyrillic: Димитрије Ђорђевић; c. 1770 - c. 1830) was a Serbian priest and revolutionary during the time of Karađorđe's Serbia.

Dimitrije Đorđević stood out as a key leader during the brief Serbian uprising in Banat. He emphasized to his followers that the ultimate goal of the Serbian revolution was to restore the empire of Czar Stefan Dušan.[1] With millions of Serbian people spread across the Balkans, including Ottoman-occupied Greece and the Serbian provinces in the Austrian Empire, the desire to restore sovereignty over their lands was strong. The long-standing Turkish occupation and Islamic oppression had taken its toll, driving the Eastern Orthodox faithful of Serbia to seek liberation.
