Dimplez is a Nigerian American music executive. She is the SVP of Digital Marketing & Content Development for Capitol Music Group, and founder of marketing consultancy firm IJEOMA.  Her career includes previous tenures at Capitol Records, Motown Records, Universal Music Group, BWR PR, and Uproxx. During her previous time at Capitol Music Group Dimplez was responsible for urban digital marketing efforts across Capitol Records and Motown Records respectively, with a roster inclusive of Ne-Yo, Stefflon Don, Rich Homie Quan, Quality Control Music; she also played an integral role in the signing of artists including Queen Naija, Rich Homie Quan, Stefflon Don, and JAMESDAVIS.

In July 2018, Dimplez launched her own marketing agency IJEOMA with a dynamic roster including DJ Premier, Tyra Banks, Tyrese, GoldLink, Brittany Howard, YG, Kamaiyah, and Lee Daniels.  In that time she was responsible for the first posthumous Gang Starr release, and had a hand in the development of RCA Records incoming roster including Flo Milli, Tone Stith, Maxo Kream and Nnena. With non-music clientele including:  Twitter, RCA Records, Warner Music Group, Rostrum Records, and InGrooves.
