Dining with Dinosaurs Gamebook
Dining with Dinosaurs is a book written by the author Hilary Milton[1] which was one of a number of gamebooks written by Milton aimed at children interested in experiencing a role playing game style adventure but with the minimal level of complexity. Released in 1985, it was headed a plot your own horror adventure.
Unlike the better known Fighting Fantasy series of games, Dining with Dinosaurs could be played without any dice or other stationery materials. Instead, the reader read a story themed around dinosaurs coming to life in a museum and was asked to select from a range of options once they finished reading the page which would cause the reader to ultimately determine the course of their own adventure.
