Dr. Dipo is the CEO of BTDT Hub; an incubator hub that inspires and empowers young professionals and graduates.[2] BTDT Hub works in partnership with tertiary institutions, governmental bodies, and corporate organizations with the aim of contributing to human capacity development across the board. BTDT also runs a home tutoring program for Primary 1–SSS3 (Nigerian Educational Standard) pupils.[4]

Dr. Dipo once worked in the banking and financial services sector, and as a researcher in human capital at Brush Turbogenerators, UK.[3] At present, he works as a lecturer in Strategy at Nottingham Business School.[3] His field of specialization has always been strategic management, personal and professional development, and leadership and employability.
In addition, Dr. Dipo is passionate about young people, Generation Z (Gen Z), and corporate organizations. He mentors young people from the UK, Canada, France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Russia, India, China, Nigeria—his home country—Ghana, and other countries.[3]
Dr. Dipo is a member of the African Academy of Management, British Academy of Management, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK).[3]
