Dipti Das is an education development professional with over 11 years of experience in the field. She is passionate about designing education programs that help and ensure ALL children learning. She designs and manages programs that support public education system reform to improve.

Dipti Das was born in Bangladesh in 1988. She studied in University of Dhaka, Institute of Education and Research[1], and completed her masters degree in Science, Mathematics and Technology Education.

Dipti Das has a strong background in teacher education and professional development. She has empale experience in education project designing and managing. She promotes Universal Design for Learning (UDL)[2] approach through her work so that all children can learn in mainstream schools despite their special education needs and disabilities. Dipti Das believes in youth power and leads youth programs that ensure youth are equipped with skills and empowerment, to improve their capacity to get opportunities for employment.

In her previous role at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)[3] she supported Teachers’ professional Development programs in Elementary Science and Mathematics Teaching. From very beginning of her career she worked closely with the Directorate of Primary Education. Out of many accomplishments, one is supporting Bangladesh Government to develop the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) framework under the sector development program in 2019. In 2018-2019, she was situated in NCTB[4] to work on national curriculum and textbook refinement process. Capacity building of teachers and teacher educators, training, framework development, material development and orientation are key areas of her work.

Currently, Dipti Das works as Project Management Specialist (Education Advisor) in the Office of Education with USAID and lead manager of nation-wide multimillion education and youth programs.

She is a good negotiator. She does regular policy advocacy with the host country government and made the connections and the network throughout her journey. She is a project planner, project manager, trainer, facilitator, team player, policy advisor, and hard working woman leader who believes in sustainable development. She has visited thousands of schools across Bangladesh and observed classrooms.
