Arthur Moore (born December 6, 1997) better known by his stage name Dkotic, is a Musical Artist from West Memphis, Arkansas. He is best known for his debut single "Lil Dance" which is being used all over by dancers. Dkotic is currently working with the platinum recording artist iLoveMemphis.[2]
