Dmall E-commerce Co., Ltd (Dmall, Chinese: 多点; Pinyin: Duōdiǎn) is an Omni-channel digital retail platform headquartered in Beijing, People's Republic of China.
Founded in 2015, Dmall facilitates retailers to achieve digitalization via its cloud-based Dmall OS solution (Integrated Retail Cloud).[1]
Dmall raised 2.8 billion yuan in its latest funding round in October 2020. It counts Tencent Holdings Ltd, IDG Capital, and Lenovo Capital among its backers.[1][2][3]
History
In 2015, Dmall was founded in Beijing, with 100 million US dollars in angel financing from IDG Capital.[4]
In November 2019, Dmall became Metro China's exclusive technology partner.[5]
In October 2020, Dmall closed Series C financing of RMB2.8 billion (USD 419 million).[6]
