Dmitry Loschinin is Executive Vice President, DXC Technology,[1] and President and Chief Executive Officer of Luxoft, A DXC Technology Company.[2] Luxoft specializes in global digital strategy and software engineering and serves a Fortune 500 customer base.[3]
Education
Loschinin earned his Master of Science degree at Moscow State University, took the Advanced Management Programme at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, is a Certified Outsourcing Professional, and is a member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) Hall of Fame.[4][5]
Career
Dmitry started his IT career as a software engineer in the late 1980s. In 1998, he joined the IBS Group.[6]
In 2000 Dmitry helped launch Luxoft as a subsidiary of the IBS Group.[7] He assisted Luxoft becoming a major digital innovator across key industries such as financial services, automotive, healthcare, media & communications, and others.[8].[9]
With DXC's takeover of Luxoft in June 2019,[10] Loschinin also became an Executive Vice-President at DXC while retaining his position as President and CEO of Luxoft, a DXC Technology Company.
