Dmitry Razumov (born February 7, 1975, Moscow, Russia) — Russian businessman and entrepreneur.
Biography and Career
Dmitry graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Foreign Relations, with a degree in International Law.
From 1994 to 1997, Dmitry worked as a corporate lawyer at Clifford Chance, practicing corporate and business law. In 1997, he became deputy head of investment banking at Renaissance Capital, and from 1999, he became managing director of LV Finance, an independent company specializing in corporate finance and direct investments, primarily in telecommunications. From 2000 to 2003, he served on the Board of Sonic Duo, later - MegaFon. From 2001 to 2005, Dmitry served as Deputy CEO for M&A Strategy at the Norilsk Nickel mining company.
In May 2007, Dmitry was appointed CEO of ONEXIM Group, an investment fund founded by Mikhail Prokhorov, an eminent Russian businessman. After shifting his focus to politics in 2011, Prokhorov began to refer to Dmitry Razumov as his “partner”.
From 2008 to 2012, he served on the Board of RUSAL, and from 2008 to 2010, acted as Chairman of the Board at IFC bank. From June 2009 to June 2010, he was a Board member at Norilsk Nickel. From December 2008, he served on the Board at OPIN, acting as its Chairman as of November 2010. In 2008, he was appointed Director of Nor-Med Limited. At present time, Dmitry serves on the Boards of the following companies: Intergeo, Polyus Gold, Yo-Mobile, Renaissance Financial Holdings Ltd., Renaissance Capital Investments Ltd, Intergeo MMC Ltd. From 2011, he acts as Chairman of the Board at Soglasie Insurance Company. In March 2014, he joined the BOD at Uralkali, Ukrainian Agrarian Investments and as of May 2014, he heads the Brooklyn Nets Board of Directors.

Sports: football, hockey, downhill skiing, tennis, yoga, and interval training.
