Dmitry Zapolskiy
Dmitry Nikolaevich Zapolsky (December 31, 1958 – August 8, 2021) was Soviet and Russian journalist, political analyst, TV presenter. Politician, deputy Lensovet 21st convocation[citation needed]. Associate Professor at the Faculty of Human Philosophy RSPU[citation needed]. Professor at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation[citation needed]. He was the author of the book "Putinburg"[citation needed].
Death[edit]
On August 8, 2021, Zapolsky's wife Elizaveta announced on his Facebook page that he died in Riga while traveling with his family. The cause of death is presumably a blood clot.[1] The post mortem examination showed that the cause of death was myocardial infarction.
