Plot[edit]
The Chef has a birthday, and he receives a can of Brain-Dots, and an angelfish named Flippy. In an accident, Flippy is fed some Brain Dots, and he possesses telepathic mind capabilities, taking over the city with his powers. Meanwhile, Petey escaped from prison again, and is seen decoying himself with a verson of himself made out of paper. The cops thought Petey was crushed by a bulletin board, and is brought to the Witch Doctor, on accident. Once Flat Petey was brought to life by the Witch Doctor, he brings terror to the city. Can Dog Man save the day?
