Dog Watch is an American direct-to-video crime thriller film released in 1996 starring Sam Elliott.
Plot[edit]
When San Francisco police detective Charlie Falon finds his partner dead behind a bar and a police informant standing beside the body, Falon beats up the man, and with Sally's help, dumps the man in the bay. After the body is found, Captain Delgoti assigns Falon and his new partner Murrow to investigate the death. Detectives Holloway and Orlanser investigate the murder of the other detective. The investigation uncovers corruption in the San Francisco police department.
