Background and Early Life
Dogara is from Tafawa Balewa Local Government Area, Bauchi State. He was born in Bauchi State into a family of 3 sons. He grew up in several parts of the country including Nassarawa, Abuja. At 10 years old, Dogara was enrolled in a nursery school where he learnt and mastered the basics of reading and writing.
