Doha Moustaquim was born on January 23, 1999, in Casablanca, Morocco. Raised in Derb Sultan, a district in Casablanca, she faced communication challenges with a deaf and mute father and an Amazigh-speaking mother. After completing her secondary education, she pursued studies in English for over three years in Ouarzazate. During this time, she immersed herself in commercial film productions, gaining valuable insights into the industry.[2]

Moustaquim's debut film was Bye Bye la France.
