Dolmen Group
Dolmen Group owns 80% of the venture, titled International Complex Project, while the remaining 20% is owned by the Arif Habib Group. The venture itself owns Dolmen City and Dolmen Malls.[1] Dolmen Group is engaged in the development, construction and management of shopping malls, office towers and residential apartment blocks including Grooves Residency across Karachi.[2][3]
Dolmen Group was established in 1984.[4]
Dolmen City[edit]
Dolmen City is a mixed-use complex,[5] situated on the waterfront of Clifton, in Karachi, Pakistan.[6] The covered area of the Dolmen City complex will be 3,441,340 sq ft (319,711 m2).[7]
Dolmen City's site was designated as the site of a casino development,[8][9] The site was purchased for 100 million rupees by Dolmen Group.[8] in June 2015, the venture have listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange as Dolmen City REIT .[10]
The Towers of Dolmen City were designed by architect Arshad Shahid Abdulla.[11] Both includes corporate offices.[12] Executive Tower is a 17 storey office building,[13] and is leased by the co-working space organization Regus.[14] Harbour Front is rented out to Mitsubishi and Procter & Gamble.[15]
Dolmen Malls[edit]
Dolmen Group owned and operate Dolmen Malls, which is a chain of shopping malls in Karachi, Pakistan .[16] Dolmen Group was established in 1984 as a real estate investor.[17]
The group owns and operates three malls.[18] Dolmen Mall Tariq Road was opened in 2000. Dolmen Mall Hyderi was built in 2008 and Dolmen Mall Clifton was opened in 2011.[19][20][21]
Dolmen City REIT[edit]
The occupancy rate for Dolmen Mall stood at 98.3 percent in 2020, while those of the Harbour Front Building stood at 92 percent in 2020.[22]
Grove Residency[edit]
The project comprises of three high rise buildings. located adjacent to KPT interchange at the entrance of DHA Phase 7 Ext.[4][23]

Similarly, the old casino complex in Clifton on which Dolmen Mall and Harbour Front now exist was originally purchased for only Rs100m. Today, the value of the listed portion of that property is in excess of Rs50bn.
