Dominique Surel is a Noetic scholar, who specializes in the development of intuitive intelligence.[1] She is Dean of Faculty and Professor at Energy Medicine University (EMU, California).

Career[edit]

Surel holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership. Her dissertation research addressed the role of intuition in the decision making process.[2] She has an MBA and, while living in Paris and London for over 15 years, worked as a consultant for global corporations in strategic positioning.[citation needed] Many of the projects involved corporate culture and communications issues.

Surel was trained in Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) to the Advanced Level by one of the best original US military viewers, Lyn Buchanan.[3][4] She has been a professional radiesthesiste for over 20 years. Radiesthesia is the ancient Egyptian science of vibrational energies. In the early 2000s, Surel created the XQ Intuitive Intelligence methodology to develop and integrate intuitive intelligence into our normal cognitive skills. XQ Intuitive Intelligence incorporates the powerful components of CRV, with Critical Thinking, and Intuition, into a flexible decision-making and analytical tool that can be used in any profession.[5]

Surel is Dean of Faculty and Professor at Energy Medicine University (EMU) where she teaches Master and PhD level courses in Critical Thinking, Leadership, Controlled Remote Viewing, and Radiesthesia.[6] She is a Council Member of the Society for Scientific Exploration (SSE) and a Co-Founder of the World Institute for Scientific Exploration (WISE). She is also the Science editor of the Finnish magazine: Mina Olen.
