The group consists of mix-racial members with Malays as the dominant ones, make up to a huge composition of the organization followed by Chinese, Indians and other local ethnics. Each individuals must first be recommended by a ‘made man’ of the gang and be tested with their loyalty. Ones whom passed the test will then need to go through a secret initiation ritual and must take the oath before officially joining as a member.[4] In a closed interview with a former-member, it is told that members of the gang is made up of individuals from various social class including businessmen, civil servants and even politicians.
