Douglas Amrine (born 27 March 1958) is an American organist and harpsichordist who specializes in Baroque interpretation. He studied harpsichord at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, organ and harpsichord at the Sweelinck Conservatorium Amsterdam and has taught at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music in Singapore. He was awarded Second Prize at the 1981 Albert Schweitzer International Organ Festival in Deventer, Netherlands.
