Douglas Charles Anderson is an American businessman, investor and financier. He is the CEO and Founder of the Investment Banking firm Wall Street Capital Partners, Inc., which he established in 1998. He is also Chairman of Metaterra Holdings, Inc. a publicly traded software company specializing in crypto/blockchain transactions, crypto credit scores and Tokenizing Real-World-Assets. He is also Chairman of Vlad III, Bucharest International Airport. He is the Founder and Chairman of Romanian Allied International Defense, SRL, an armaments and ammunitions company. He is the Founder and Chairman of The Board Member Club, a non-profit that hosts exclusive gala events for Emerging Growth CEO’s.


Early life and education

Anderson was raised in a family of 6 children in Seattle, Washington, the son of Diana and Fredrick Anderson.12 His father was a retired officer in the Navy and his mother a nurse. His mother’s family traces its ancestry back to the Mayflower.5 Anderson attended St. Luke’s private grade school in suburban Seattle and graduated from Shorewood Highschool in 1980. 7 He received a BA from the University of Washington, and later attended Harvard University studying corporate finance and Texas A&M studying agriculture science.


Military Service

Anderson served in the U.S.M.C. in the infantry and with the elite Marine Reconnaissance Battalion. He attended numerous survival schools and U.S. Intelligence school specializing in sensors. He served operationally in the U.S. State Department at American Embassies and Consulates, where he became familiar with foreign languages. He held a Top-Secret clearance.


Career

Anderson began his career in the Fortune 500 and was trained as an underwriter at Merrill Lynch offices in Princeton, New Jersey. He rose to management level. In 1998, Anderson started what became Wall Street Capital Partners, an investment banking firm specializing in consulting to emerging growth micro-cap, small-cap, and Emerging Market companies. He has been involved with most aspects of corporate finance including mergers & acquisitions, RTO’s, IPO’s, ICO’s, Private Equity funds, etc. He has been He has served as a Chairman, CEO, and Board Director of multiple public companies. He has been interviewed and broadcast nationally and internationally, many times as an expert both on NASDAQ and at the NYSE. He has caused the appointments of the following individuals to Board Director positions; President of Microsoft, COO of Boeing, President of Pfizer, Director of CIA, President of Texas A&M, Secretary of Agriculture, Founder Carlyle Group, COO of Wide Vine (became Google), Editor WSJ, Minister of Agriculture Taiwan, Chief of Cancer Sloan Kettering, Founder Tommy Bahamma, Deputy Secretary of Defense, Vice Minister of Agriculture Russia, Director General of Agriculture PRC.

Philanthropy

Anderson is the Founder and Chairman of The Board Member Club, a non-profit organization devoted to encouraging and supporting the Emerging Company President & CEO. At the BMC he hosts exclusive, bi- annual gala events, mixing established mentor CEO’s with emerging growth CEO’s, at prestige locations such as the Harvard Club, NYC, The Metropolitan Club, etc. The event is invitation-only and features guests and speakers, including marquee celebrities, top business and political leaders from around the world. Anderson has continuously been involved in nonprofit cancer research for over two decades both as a Board Trustee at Fred Hutchenson Cancer Research Center, and Board Director with Strang Cancer Prevention Center, which invented the PAP Test, which has saved more lives from cancer as a preventative than all other preventative measures combined. For his charitable works and efforts to assist emerging businesses and emerging markets, Mr. Anderson was awarded “The Order of Saint Lazarus” , and bestowed Rank of Commander, by H.E. Francisco de Borbon y Graf von, from his Magistral Seat in Madrid, Spain. For many years Anderson was on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Veterans Cemetery, in Seattle Washington.
