Acquisitions

ProGauge - 2016

Established in 1933 in Milan, Italy, under the name of “Start Italiana,” the company was originally built as an exclusive distributor of equipment for measuring levels and flows of liquids. In 2013, after being acquired by Tokheim, Start Italiana was re-branded as ProGauge. Part of Dover Fueling Solutions since 2016, the ProGauge brand is now a leader of automatic tank gauge solutions, including a variety of magnetostrictive tank probes, consoles, and related software to measure and monitor fuel tank levels.

Fairbanks - 2016

Founded in 1996 in Skelmersdale, England, Fairbanks was originally a supplier of wetstock monitoring services to United Kingdom and European markets. As the operation grew, in 2010, Fairbanks secured an investment from Tokheim, the same company that took its full ownership in 2016. In 2016, with the Tokheim’s acquisition by Dover Corporation, Fairbanks became part of Dover Fueling Solutions.

ClearView - 2016

Clearview emerged from the rebrand of two companies acquired by Wayne: Vianet, originally from the United Kingdom, in 2016, and the Simmons Sirvey Corporation, from Dallas, Texas, in 2015. Today, the Clearview brand offers wetstock monitoring, facility management, and reporting.

OPW Fuel Management Systems - 2016
