Dr. Ankit Gupta, born on Jan 21, 1982, is an Indian entrepreneur, doctor, and philanthropist. He is the Managing Director of Park Group of Hospitals since 2006.[1][2] He is the son of Dr. Ajit Gupta, Founder Chairman of the Park Group of Hospitals.

Early life & Education[edit]

Dr. Ankit Gupta was born on Jan 21, 1982 to Dr. Ajit Gupta, Chairman of Park Group of hospitals  and the late Mrs. Usha Gupta. He graduated with an MBBS degree from Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University in 2005. Before becoming the MD of Park Group of Hospitals in 2006, he was studying and getting trained under the guidance of Dr. Ajit Gupta.

Career[edit]

Dr. Ankit Gupta has been the MD of Park Group of Hospitals since 2006.[2] The group constitutes 10 NABH accredited and gold-rated super specialty hospitals in cities like Delhi, Gurugram, Ambala, Karnal, Faridabad, Panipat, etc. Revenue planning, corporate strategy, business development, human resources, and corporate affairs for Park Group of Hospitals come under Dr. Ankit Gupta.

Philanthropy[edit]

Dr. Ankit Gupta, Dr. Ajit Gupta, and his family have actively worked for the society. They’ve set up a trust called Usha Memorial Education Welfare Social Trust which is dedicated to the education of children.[3] It has funded the complete education of 100 students.

He also works actively for HOPE (Human Organization for Public Equity). HOPE has a charitable society for marriage of girls over the legal age and has aided in the marriages of 50 poor girls.

Awards[edit]

Dr. Ankit Gupta was awarded as “Future Leader of Healthcare in India” by Vice President of India, Sri S.M. Venkaiah Naidu. Under his leadership, Park Hospital was honored with the award for the Best Cancer Hospital in Delhi NCR at the 3rd Annual Elets Healthcare summit in Rajasthan on 10th November 2017. He was also awarded ‘Path Breaking Personality Of The Year’ at India Excellence Awards in 2020.
