Dr. Chris Jackson
Dr. Chris Jackson (born July 26, 1984) is an American pharmacist, entrepreneur, and former U.S. Army combat medic. He is the founder and chief executive officer of CWTCH CPG LLC and the co-founder of the nutraceutical company Betterbrand. Jackson is known for creating health-education content on social media under the handle "@drchrispharmd", where his commentary on topics such as liver health, hangovers, and consumer health trends has been featured in international media outlets.[1][2][3][4]
Early life and education
Jackson was born in Red Oak, Iowa, on July 26, 1984. He later attended the University of Texas, where he earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree in 2022.[5]
Military service
Before his medical career, Jackson served in the U.S. Army as an infantryman and combat medic. He completed multiple combat deployments and was honorably discharged.[4]
Career
Betterbrand
In 2019, Jackson co-founded Betterbrand, a nutraceutical company focused on science-backed supplements, particularly those related to upper respiratory and lung health.[5] The company emphasizes ingredient transparency, medical advisory oversight, and third-party laboratory testing.
CWTCH CPG LLC
Jackson later founded and became CEO of CWTCH CPG LLC. The company develops consumer products in the health and wellness sector.[6]

Jackson resides in Kihei, Hawaii. He speaks English.
