Dr Ashwin Porwal
Dr Ashwin Porwal (born June 30, 1979) ,Founder of Healing Hands Clinic Pvt Ltd, is a proctologist and Consultant ColoRectal Surgeon practicing in Pune, Maharashtra and has a experience of 8+ years. He is the Head of Department - Proctology at Inamdar Multispecialty Hospital and Apollo Jehangir Hospital , Pune.[1][2][3]
Dr Ashwin Porwal has introduced the Laser surgery FiLaC ( Fistula-tract Laser Closure), in India.[4] His research enabled him to devise a treatment he has labelled Distal Laser Proximal Ligation ( DLPL)[5]
After t research Dr Ashwin Porwal and his team were able to formulate Constac powder for constipation[6][7][8] and Anoac cream for piles.[9][10] Dr Ashwin Porwal has also come up with a non – surgical procedure called MCDPA to cure Piles and fissures at an early level.[11]
