Hudsons Property was in 2002 by Jonathan Hudson .[1] An independent estate agent focusing on properties in London’s West End, mainly listing properties in WC1, W1 and EC1[2][3] Jonathan contributes to a monthly column in the London Evening Standard called “Diary of an Estate Agent” [4] Jonathan Hudson has been used as a resource for industry related news and issues.[5][6][7]
Hudsons are members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA)[8] the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA)[9], Institution Commercial Business Agents (ICBA), the Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).[2][10]
