"Drankdrankdrank" comes in at a runtime of two minutes and 17 seconds. Nettspend co-wrote the song with Zoot, who handled the track production.[7] Taye Rowland-Dixon of Verge Magazine wrote how "Drankdrankdrank" "pairs distorted 808s with a minimalist, and hypnotic rhythm." Due to this, it helps create space for "Nettspend’s voice dominates the track." Dixon also stated how "the beat’s repetitive energy mirrors the title and theme, evoking a sense of indulgence and excess that complements the lyrics." Overall, giving the track decent praise.[8]
