Dream (perfume)
Comment: Looks like a lot of WP:CHURNALISM and at best very routine quips about the launch of the perfume. Zero depth here. Sulfurboy (talk) 09:57, 29 July 2026 (UTC)

Dream is a women's fragrance released in 2018 by Colombian singer-songwriter Shakira in collaboration with Spanish beauty and fashion company Puig. It forms part of the Shakira Perfumes line alongside S by Shakira, Elixir, Rock!, Dance, and SHK.[1][2][3]
Background and development
Shakira entered the fragrance industry in 2010 after establishing partnership with Barcelona-based manufacturer Puig.[4][5] The partnership led to the creation of the Shakira Perfumes fragrance line designed to reflect different facets of her musical and personal identity.[6]
Launched in 2018, Dream was conceptualized around themes of personal perseverance and achieving lifelong goals.[7][3][8] The fragrance collection subsequently expanded with follow-up flankers, including Sweet Dream and Golden Dream.[2][9][10][11]
The launch of the perfume was accompanied by a biographical web series centered around Shakira's family and her path to stardom.[12] The first chapter of the series is titled "Music is my life".[13][14] A commercial for the perfume features Shakira sending a motivational message about perseverance, commitment, and dreaming.[15]
Scent profile and packaging
The olfactory composition of Dream opens with top notes of blood orange and pink pepper and has floral heart notes of rose and jasmine layered with wood and citrus and rests on a base of vanilla and musk.[1][7][3][16] The perfume is housed in a light blue bottle modeled after a stylized microphone.[1][7][9]
