Duck Lake is a Census designated place in Cayuga County, New York, United States. The population was 549 at the 2010 census.[2]
The hamlet of Duck Lake is in the western part of the Town of Conquest.
History
The Sullivan Expedition of 1779 passed through the town. The village was incorporated in 1857 and re-incorporated in 1874.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, Cayuga has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.5 km2), of which 0.89 square miles (2.3 km2) is land and 0.46 square miles (1.2 km2), or 33.81%, is water.[2]
