Duco Experts is an online marketplace where enterprises can access geopolitical and business intelligence on demand. Duco's experts are located globally and include former government officials and intelligence officers, international business and security experts, and other industry executives.[1] Duco is based in San Fransisco.

History[edit]

Duco Experts was founded in 2016 by Sidney Olinyk and Alicia Sloan, former Department of Defense and CIA respectively, to democratize access to geopolitical, security, and technology innovation experts.[2]

In 2017, Duco Experts participated in TechCrunch's DC MeetUp + PitchOff, placing 2nd in the competition.[3]

Later that year, the company moved its base of operations to San Fransisco and joined NFX, a start-up accelerator, as a member of its 2017 cohort.[4]

Media[edit]

Duco's founders, Sidney and Alicia, were profiled by Women 2.0, a social platform for aspiring and current female founders of technology ventures, as female founders themselves.[5]
