Dulceria Bakery

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Dulceria Bakery is a minority owned business in Minneapolis, MN, founded by baker Dulce Monterrubio.

Starting at Farmer's Markets in 2017, Dulceria Bakery gained a following for its unique artisanal Mexican pastries [1], inspired by Dulce's upbringing in Mexico City, Mexico. Among the best known pastries is Dulceria Bakery's original concha cupcake, a modern take on the traditional Mexican concha. Dulceria Bakery also makes numerous vegan and gluten free pastries, all based on the same concept of modern Mexican inspired pastries.

Dulceria Bakery is opening a storefront in the summer of 2018, its first storefront [2].

The bakery focuses on more than just baking. Dulceria Bakery believes in being a part of a diverse and inclusive community where all people can feel en casa (at home).
